Login screen difficulties

If this screen does not appear correctly or function correctly, we recommend that you first clear your web browser's cache and then reload this screen. If the problem persists, close this message and contact your Isentia Account Team using the Contact Us link at the top of the screen.

Understanding the login screen messages

You may see different messages appear in the login area:

Your session has expired or is inactive
Mediaportal automatically ends your current active session after 45 minutes of no activity. This time period can be changed in your Settings. When your active session ends, some information will be reset when you log back in - including any items added to a Monitor Report.

This login is already in use. To close the other Mediaportal session and log in now just re enter your credentials
You are already logged in to Mediaportal in a different browser or computer. If you continue to log in, the active session in the other browser or computer will automatically end.

This login has exceeded the maximum number of allowed users
Appears on shared Mediaportal ("Access") accounts when the maximum number of allowed users are already logged in. You can increase this limit by contacting your Account team.

You have been logged out of Mediaportal by another user logging in with your account
Standard (non-shared) Mediaportal accounts will only allow one (1) concurrent login per username. If another person logs in with the same username (including in a different browser on the same computer), this message will be displayed.

There are no Coverage Briefs attached to your account
The media monitoring Coverage Briefs associated with this username have become inactive. If you believe they should still be active, contact your Account team.

You are not authorised to login to this version of Mediaportal
Your username may be associated with a special Mediaportal account and log in page. Contact your Account team for further information and assistance.
